After visiting that mentioned page and finding the checkbox, put the checkmark on the checkbox option over there, with the post you want to remove.

Now, after doing it, find the Bulk Actions select box option. And open it and select the Move To Trash option. After that, click on the Apply button, which is located just beside this very select box option.

Now, you have successfully, bulk deleted the posts within your site. However, it is not deleted permanently. So, if you want to delete those permanently too then, you can head over Trash and then, permanently delete those posts from your site.
