Well for this process, you need to edit the posts and pages created in your site. So, go ahead and edit the posts/pages created in your site, in which, you want to disable the comments. So, after you have opened up the post editor section, there in the top right corner, you will see Screen Options in the top right corner.
And there, in the Screen Options you will see many checkboxes options. There, in order to enable/disable the comments, you need to put the checkmark on the checkbox option of Discussion option. After that, you will see extra section under the post editor, named as Discussion, in which you will have the option of allowing comments or not individually.

How To Disable Comments In WordPress In Posts/Pages In Bulk?
Well for this process, you need to visit the posts/pages section through your WordPress dashboard, ie, in Posts or Pages section. Now, after you have visit this page in your site, choose the required pages/posts from your site, where you do not need any comments feature.
After selecting on those posts or pages created in your site, now, on the Bulk Actions select box, choose the Edit options and then on the Apply button. Now, you will see the bulk options to edit on those posts/pages, which are same for eg: Comments enable/disable, Author assign, and so on. Now, on it, you need to change the Comments to Do Not Allow and then, after that change is done, just click on the Update button. Hence, for those selected posts/pages, you can see that the comments is disabled.
